The Wellness Center will house the Medical Clinic, the Human Services Agency, satellite offices of the District Attorney's Office, and the Treasure-Tax Collector. The construction includes Mass Timber and Cross Laminated Timber and will be designed per the County Green Building Policy to be all-electric, and LEED Certified.Bids will be received until 5:00 p.m. January 5, 2026.
