CITY OF NATCHITOCHES ADVERTISEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES NATCHITOCHES SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL DEMONSTRATION GRANT PROJECT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 0116 JULY 28, 2025 The City of Natchitoches has received funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program to implement Demonstration project activities on multiple streets throughout the City. The City is interested in procuring the services of an engineering consulting firm to develop plans and specifications and to provide construction engineering and inspection services for this project. Selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of the City of Natchitoches and 2 CFR 200. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Qualifications. The RFQ also identifies the scope of work for the project and the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The City of Natchitoches will award the contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process. Interested parties are invited to obtain the Request for Qualifications from Mr. Nick Verret, City Engineer, whose office is located at 1400 Sabine Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457. Responses to the RFQ must be hand-delivered or mailed to Mr. Edd Lee, Purchasing Director, at 1400 Sabine Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457.
