Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file at the office of Side Street Studio, 1286 East Fulton Street, Columbus, OH 43205. The Project is located at 22000 Coshocton Road, Howard, OH 43028. The contract documents are available for physical purchase from RB Print Shop, 165 North Trimble Road, Mansfield, OH 44906; www.rbprintshop.com beginning Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Digital documents can be found on The Builder’s Exchange. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Knox County Commissioners Office, Attn: Jason Booth, County Administrator, 117 East High Street, Suite 161, Mount Vernon, OH 43050, and plainly marked on the outside "Knox County Water and Wastewater Office Building." Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, June 11, 2026, and shortly thereafter opened and read. Pre-Bid Meeting: All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., on site at 22000 Coshocton Road, Howard, OH 43028. Bidders will walk the site with the ownership and architecture team. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
