Nelson and Associates, Inc, (Nelson), acting on behalf of BGHA is soliciting proposals from appropriately licensed and qualified Asbestos Consultants and Environmental Hygienist to perform Selective surveys and assessments of multi-family housing units in Belle Glade Florida. Such work will include but not be limited to: ❖ Asbestos detection, testing and analysis. ❖ Lead Base Paint testing. ❖ Indoor Air Quality sampling and testing. ❖ Mold and Mildew evaluation. ❖ Written reports for each individual unit. ❖ Remediation and correction recommendations. Nelson will receive proposals at the above-listed BGHA site office address between normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30 PM, until no later than Friday, May 31, 2024, 3:00 PM EST.
