Advertisement Troup County Georgia, Georgia Lagrange Callaway Airport Airport Consulting Services The LaGrange Callaway Airport located in Troup County, Georgia requests “Statements of Qualifications” from qualified firms to engage in services of a consulting firm for planning, design, and construction administration services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (or project description) at the Lagrange Callaway Airport. Notices of Requests for Statements of Qualifications will only be provided to consulting firms that are currently prequalified with the GDOT in Area Classes 1.08 Airport Master Planning and 2.09 Airport Design. The complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained by sending an email with subject name “REQUEST FOR QUALIFACTIONS” to devans@troupcountyga.gov. This is NOT a request for a priced proposal. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and marked “Airport Consulting Engineering Services” on the outside of the envelope. Statements of Qualifications must be received at the Troup County Purchasing Department, 100 Ridley Ave., Suite 3100, LaGrange, GA 30240 by no later than 11:0 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Late responses will not be considered Questions concerning the ‘Statement of Qualifications” must be submitted via e-mail to Diana Evans, Troup County Purchasing Director at devans@troupco.org. Information from any other source will not be binding upon Troup County and any such contact will subject the firm to immediate disqualification for consideration for this project All addenda will be posted on Troup County’s website www.troupcountyga.org. No questions shall be submitted after 5:00 p.m. on April 26, 2021. The successful responder will be required to provide a completed vendor information package including a notarized e-verify form. The successful responder will be required to provide a certificate of insurance for general liability as well as workers’ compensation coverage. The responder agrees to provide the Troup County Board of Commissioners with all affidavits from any subcontractor engaged to perform services under any contract between the contractor and the Troup County Board of Commissioners within 5 business days of the subcontractor being hired Troup County reserves the right to reject any and all bids whether such right is reserved in the public notice or not, in such case, may make any decision deemed to be in the best interest of Troup County.
