Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) System

Description

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) System including, but not limited to, water Meters, AMI data collection system, Meter installations, hosted AMI software, system integration, training, scheduling, and Project management. The proposed Solution may be either a fixed network or a Network-as-a-Service (“NaaS”) offering. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) also desires to obtain manual Meter Reading Services to aid in the transition to new AMI. A plan to transition manual Meter Reading Services from the current contractor to the AMI contract will be developed as part of the Project start up.
