The County of Placer (“County”) is seeking to retain the services of one or more attorneys, firms, or organizations to provide Administrative Hearing Officer services in accordance with the Placer County Code and California Government Code section 27720 et seq. These individuals will be appointed to a list of qualified hearing officers to be selected on a case-by-case basis to preside over administrative hearings held by the Placer County Community Development Resource Agency (CDRA).
