ADLC Boiler Replacement Invitation to Bid

Anaconda-Deer Lodge County has hired Associated Construction Engineering, Inc. to prepare a Request for Proposal and assemble a bid package for the replacement of one existing boiler serving the heating system at the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Courthouse, located at 800 Main Street, Anaconda, Montana 59711. Anaconda-Deer Lodge County (ADLC) is seeking qualified mechanical or plumbing contractors to submit bids to complete the boiler replacement work in compliance with this Request for Proposal, the project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The project generally consists of removing and disposing one (1) existing boiler and furnishing and installing a new replacement boiler of similar capacity and service, unless otherwise directed by the Owner (ADLC) or indicated by the contract documents. The intent of the project is to provide a complete, operational, code-compliant, and efficient boiler installation while reusing existing utilities, piping, venting pathways, controls infrastructure, housekeeping pad, floor drains, gas service, hydronic piping, and other existing conditions where practical.
