The Town of Waterford is requesting formal bids through the Invitation to Bid process for the supply and Project Title.The DPW intends to adjust the grade of approximately forty (40) to sixty (60) manholes and gate valve covers, which were paved over this past year [or will be paved next year] during DPW paving operations. The DPW also has structures throughout Town that need adjustments. Subsequent years work is dependent upon the number of paved-over manholes, the number of manholes found to need rehabilitation and the available funds.
