1.​ Your copiers list shows 50 copiers and the RFP mentions 28 copiers, please confirm. There are 50 Copiers and 41 active printers. The original RFP was in error 2.​ How many copiers need fax capability? A total of ten: One per school main office (5) One at the High School Guidance Office One at the Middle School Guidance Office One at our Alternative Program One at Central Office One at Facilities Office 3.​ How many machines need hole punch capability? All copiers 4.​ Will we receive product configurations for all of the copiers? Each copier should be configured to allow for performance in line with the capacity of the copier. We would like three-hole punch and stapling on all but the smallest copiers indicated in the report by volume. 5.​ Will we receive the average print volumes for mono and color for all copiers? Volume Report, February Volume Report, Feb-March Is PaperCut enabled on all of the copiers? What version? Yes; Version 22.2.2 (Build 66766) 6.​ Do you currently have a blended print allowance allotment for mono and color? We do not currently but we will be applying one in the future 7.​ How many POTS lines to you currently have? We have numerous POTS lines due to Fire and alarm systems, elevators, and fax machines. 8.​ Number of Fax pages sent and received each month? Unknown but low 9.​ Quantity of new fax lines you will need? In line with question 2. 10.​Will faxes need to be routed to a folder or copier to print? Route to copier to print. 11.​Are you will willing to scale your printer fleet to match volume reports? Yes, so long as current functionality is not impaired. We want what we need to do all our work, no more, and no less. 12.​Would you like the copiers to be right sized based on their volumes? Yes, so long as current functionality is not impaired. We want what we need to do all our work, no more, and no less. 13.​Can you please provide a list of the models in excel format with the volumes/accessories needed? Including the HP printers that need replacing See This Document 14.​Can you please provide the makes and models of the MICR printers that need replacing? See Attached Reports 15.​What is the current fax volume in pages per week/month etc.? Unknown, but volume is low. Faxes are not generally needed except in the Guidance department at the high school.
