ADDENDUM NUMBER THREE ASPHALT REPLACEMENT AT CARLTON OAKS AND CRACK FILL AND SLURY SEAL/LINE STRIPING AT HILL CREEK SANTEE SCHOOL DISTRICT BID #2022-075-001 DATE: April 27, 2022 General - All project documents including contract documents, drawings, and specifications, shall remain unchanged with the exception of those elements added, revised, deleted, or clarified by this addendum. Acknowledge receipt of Addendum Number One in the appropriate place provided on the Bid Form The asphalt concrete (AC) AC materials should consist of a 3/8‐inch gradation in accordance with either Class D materials as presented in Table 203‐6.5.4 or Class D2 materials as presented in Table 203‐6.4.4 of the Greenbook (2018) with a Performance Grade (PG) 70‐10 or PG64‐28PM polymer modified (PM) binder. The AC materials should be placed over the aggregate base materials and be compacted to 95 percent relative compaction as compared to the material’s Hveem density. In the event these materials are not readily available for local suppliers, the contractor shall submit an alternative mix design for review and approval by the project team.
