RFB 24-003 Addendum for ATTACHMENT B - VENDOR QUESTION FORM Vendors should list any questions regarding terms and condtions set forth in RFB Vendor Question Question 1: Can you confirm are you requesting a Class C RV or truck Van like a Transit. Examples provided Response: We do not want a class C RV, but want a vehicle size similar to a F350. We will not be transporting more than 3 people in the vehcile. Question 2: When do you require delivery of the vehicle? Response: Once the Bid has been awareded and the contract has been approved, we can then start to produce a PO and receive delivery by no later than September 2024. Question 3: Are you requesting a roof top AC or only have it wired for AC? Response: Yes, we want a roof top AC. Question 4: Can you supply more detail on the "exam bench" is this a simple padded bench or exam bed? Response: We just need a simple padded bench. Question 5: The RFP does not specify any walls, ceiling or flooring material. Assume you want something install, should we assume standard materials? Response: Standard materials; must be able to be sanitized.
