ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE SANTEE SCHOOL DISTRICT BID #2024-075-001, ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY EQUIPMENT (EVSE) INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT SANTEE SCHOOL DISTRICT TRANSPORTION YARD DATE: January 24, 2024 General - All project documents including contract documents, drawings, and specifica�ons, shall remain unchanged with the excep�on of those elements added, revised, deleted, or clarified by this addendum. Acknowledge receipt of Addendum Number One in the appropriate place provided on the Bid Form Item No. 1 Addendum One Do Proposers need to be pre-qualified to be eligible to submit a Bid Package? A) Proposers need to be pre-qualified to be eligible to submit a Bid Package for this Project. The pre-qualifica�on form is specific to the Electrical Vehicle Supply Equipment Infrastructure Project and is available on the District’s Purchasing Website under Vendor Registra�on / Contractor Pre-Qualifica�on Informa�on. The specific form is available for download at the link en�tled, “PREQUAL PACKAGE - ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE”. Item No. 2 Addendum One Can the District clarify which documents need to be filled out upon submission? A) Items marked with an asterisk in the Bid Package’s Table of Contents (Page 3) will need to be completed and submited to the District. Item No. 3 Addendum One Will a list of pre-qualified vendors be made publicly available? A) The list of pre-qualified vendors will be posted on the District’s website at least 5 days prior to Bid Opening. Item No. 4 The Carl Moyer grant lists funding for Level 2 chargers. Can the District Addendum One clarify the discrepancy between the grant award and the Design Drawings? A) Proposers should use the Design Drawings to develop bid submissions. The District plans to install Level 3 chargers and has approval from the Carl Moyer grant administrators.
