ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 TO THE RFQ DOCUMENTS To all submitting respondents on the RFQ titled: Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services For Mountain Line Transit Authority Renovations and Alterations to the Bus Terminal Lobby and Office Facility Addendum Date: March 17, 2022 O A. This Addendum shall be considered part of the bid documents for the above mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and shall be incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original bid documents, this Addendum shall govern and take precedence. B. Bidders are hereby notified that they shall make any necessary adjustments in their estimates as a result of this Addendum. It will be construed that each bidder's proposal is submitted with full knowledge of all modifications and supplemental data specified herein. The RFQ documents are revised and modified, as follows: Item #1 Section 7 – Proposal Submittal ➢ Revise number of copies of submission requested to six (6) total copies. Item #2 Section 10 – Services Required ➢ No geotechnical services will be necessary for this project 1 of 2 Received Questions and Responses 1. The RFP notes there is about 1520 SF of unfinished space. Approximately how much square footage in total between the unfinished space and the upgrades and renovations to the bus terminal lobby space? ➢ The terminal lobby renovation will encompass approximately 1600 SF, making the total area involved in the project approximately 3120 SF. 2. The conceptual project estimate is $400,000, what all is included in that number? Does it include provisions for the set up and temporary relocation of the customer service and lobby functions during renovation including any utility needs and a restroom? ➢ The project estimate does include the temporary relocation of lobby and customer service functions. However, MLTA plans to use existing facilities for these functions and some provisions for utilities for the relocated areas will be made during a separate project under way that will be completed prior to the start of this project. Restroom needs will be supplied by temporary, portable structures. 3. Is the temporary relocation of customer service and lobby functions included as part of the scope? ➢ Coordination of the relocation of these services during the project will be necessary; any design services required will be minimal. 4.
