Careful note of this Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that proper allowance is made in all computations, estimates, and contracts, and so that all trades affected are fully advised in the performance of work that will be required by them. Please acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date of issue in the place provided for the same in the proposal. Items revised on the Drawings are designated by a cloud line and a triangle surrounding the corresponding revision number. This Addendum supersedes all previous Drawings, Specifications, and instructions pertaining to these items. It is imperative that this addendum be inserted INTO the set of specifications. 1.01 The Bid Date has been extended to Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 3 pm. 1.02 QUESTION: Has an asbestos survey been completed? RESPONSE: The asbestos report will be provided by the owner at a later date. 1.03 QUESTION: What is the intended finish for the holding cell restroom walls? RESPONSE: Restrooms will have a glazed CMU finish on all exposed sides. 1.04 QUESTION: What is the scope of work for the existing roof? RESPONSE: The only work concerning the roof is at the new bathroom additions at the back of the building.
