It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 9. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Dropbox Submission Link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/bw35x4eyu8sqtm8hm3a5 Question No. 1: The response to Question No. 5 in Addendum No. 6 indicates that the facility is to be designed to meet Class B biosolids requirements in conformance with 40 CFR Part 503, Sewage Sludge Regulations. The aerobic digester was removed from the scope of work in Addendum No. 7. With the elimination of the aerobic digester, is the requirement to meet Class B biosolids requirements in conformance with 40 CFR Part 503 eliminated? Answer No. 1: Yes. The requirement stated in response to Question No. 5 of Addendum No. 6 to design the Phase II facilities to meet Class B biosolids requirements under 40 CFR Part 503 is removed. The County intends to continue managing and disposing of dewatered biosolids at the Caja del Rio Landfill in accordance with its NMED-approved Biosolids Disposal Management Plan and all applicable permit and regulatory requirements. The approved Biosolids Disposal Management Plan is provided as Attachment H to this Addendum. Question No. 2: The sludge drying beds were eliminated from the project scope in Addendum No. 6. With the elimination of the aerobic digester in Addendum No. 7, please confirm that there are no biosolids handling facilities included in the project scope beyond those currently existing at the WRF. 102 Grant Avenue · P.O. The aerobic digester and sludge drying beds are not included in the Phase II scope. Except for the Phase II WAS pumping and associated work identified elsewhere in the solicitation, no new biosolids handling facilities beyond those currently existing at the WRF are included in this project.
