It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 8. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. ❖ Phase II Proposal Submission The Phase II Proposal submission deadline has been extended. Phase II Proposals must be received no later than September 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Question No. 1: In the best interest of the project, The AUI/Molzen Corbin D/B team would like to respectfully request a time extension for the Santa Fe County Water Reclamation Facility Expansion project. As things stand today, the scope of work associated with sludge handling is unclear, so we are submitting follow-up questions asking for clarification about the conflicting information contained in Addendum 6 and 7. Without this clarification, the extent and design of the structures outside of the MBR building is unclear. We would like to request the bid date to be extended to three weeks after we receive final clarification, so our team has the time needed to prepare/revise our design and associated drawings, prepare/revise our proposal write ups, and update cost estimates, which can only be done after we receive the final addendum clarification. Without a time extension any necessary revisions after clarifications are received would have to be made within a matter of a couple of days, which would prohibit the submitting teams from providing the best possible price and proposal. 102 Grant Avenue · P.O. The proposal due date is hereby extended to Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Shortlisted Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 8 with their Phase II Proposal submission. This Addendum shall become part of the RFP documents and any resulting contract documents.
