Town of Surfside RFQ 2023-02 Design Services for the Surfside Memorial Addendum No. 7 Date Issued: August 2, 2023 To All Respondents: Respondents for the above-referenced RFQ shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFQ No. 2023-02, which in accordance with the RFQ Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFQ. SECTION 1.5 – IS REPLACED WITH THE FOLLOWING (REMOVING REFERENCE TO FORM 4): • 1.5 Addenda. If the Town finds it necessary to add to, or amend this RFQ prior to the Response submittal deadline, the Town will issue written addenda/addendum. Each Consultant must acknowledge receipt of each addendum by signing the acknowledgement and providing it with its Response.
