Town of Surfside RFQ 2023-02 Design Services for the Surfside Memorial Addendum No. 6 Date Issued: July 12, 2023 To All Respondents: Respondents for the above-referenced RFQ shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFQ No. 2023-02, which in accordance with the RFQ Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFQ. ADDITIONAL TOWN RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED JULY 5th, 2023, ARE PROVIDED BELOW: 1. The Town’s February 28th meeting notes indicate that survey for 88th Street is underway- will this be provided/ available ahead of the RFQ response deadline? No, survey will not be provided ahead of the RFQ deadline. However, for general site location, please refer to “Attachment A Support Documentation,” Page 6 of the PDF, Slide 3, for the Proposed Memorial Site. 2. Will the Town of Surfside assist in expediting AHJ approvals required for the design including but not limited to FDOT/ FDEP? The retained firm will assume primary responsibility for managing and executing the permitting process with the State and County as required. In the event of any issues, the Town will provide assistance and support as deemed necessary.
