Shaffer County Manager July 23, 2026 SANTA FE COUNTY RFP No. 2026-0064-PW/DK Water Reclamation Facility Expansion - Design-Build Project ADDENDUM NO. 6 Dear Proponents, This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 6. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Revision to Scope of Work: The drying beds identified in the original Scope of Work are hereby eliminated from the Project requirements. Offerors shall not include drying beds in their proposed design, technical proposal, or cost proposal. Please confirm. Answer No. 1: Confirmed Question No. 2: Addendum No. 4 clarified that no work is required on the Phase I facilities at the WRF. Since no work is included in the scope for the Phase I facilities and there is no mechanism to control the quality of the treated effluent from that facility, please confirm the treated effluent from the expanded Phase II facility will be sampled separately prior to blending with the effluent from Phase I to determine performance compliance for the new facility. 102 Grant Avenue · P.O.
