It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 6. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Revision to Scope of Work: The drying beds identified in the original Scope of Work are hereby eliminated from the Project requirements. Offerors shall not include drying beds in their proposed design, technical proposal, or cost proposal. Please confirm. Answer No. 1: Confirmed Question No. 2: Addendum No. 4 clarified that no work is required on the Phase I facilities at the WRF.
