It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 5. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Update on Proposal Review Process: The committee is scheduled to meet and review their scoring of the proposals on April 1st and 2nd, 2025. As a result, the date for oral presentations will be postponed and determined at a later time. Additionally, a correction has been made to a typo on page 25. Cost Proposal, 200 points were incorrectly assigned and should be zero, as cost is not a factor in the selection process.
