It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 4. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. ______________________________________________________________________________ TIME EXTENSION FOR FURTHER EVALUATON ATTACHMENT “A” - REVISED TIMELINE ______________________________________________________________________________ In response to several errors identified in multiple proposals, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the County to allow an extension for submission to correct the issues to allow for a fair and competitive evaluation of proposals by the evaluation committee. Affected Offerors may correct the identified items and resubmit a complete, compliant proposal package. Resubmission Window Offerors shall submit corrected proposals no later than close of business (5:00pm MT), Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The resubmission must clearly indicate all corrections made to achieve compliance with the RFP requirements. No new content beyond what is necessary to correct the noncompliance issues will be considered.
