Town of Surfside RFQ 2023-06 RFQ 2023-06 Continuing Professional Architectural, Engineering Landscape Architectural, Surveying and Mapping Services Addendum No. 3 Date Issued: October 27, 2023 To All Proposers: Proposers for the above-referenced RFQ shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFQ No. 2023-06, which in accordance with the RFQ Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFQ. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES, ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, RESPONSES, AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS ARE PROVIDED BY THE TOWN IN RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED: 1. For the subject RFQ No. 2023-06, Can the City of Surfside consider the possibility of extending the deadline for this proposal? The Thanksgiving holiday is the week before, and many staff members will be on leave during that time. Response: Yes, the Town will extend the deadline to December 7th, 2023, at 1:00 PM. 2. Regarding the above-referenced RFQ, in the requirements for the response section D. Qualifications of the Firm asks to provide resumes. Section E. Firm and Key Personnel's Experience asks for resumes as well. In which section should the resumes be included? Response: Brief resumes are only requested under Section D. Qualifications of the Firm. 3. Please note that the deadline for this RFQ submission has been extended to December 7th, 2023 at 1:00 PM. One (1) original, four (4) hard copies, and one (1) electronic copy on a USB drive of the completed and executed qualifications must be delivered no later than December 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM, to the following address: Town of Surfside, Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Florida, 33154.
