ADDENDUM No. 3 VILLAGE OF TANNERSVILLE Gooseberry Creek Revitalization Strategy Implementation Phase III – DEC No. 00150192 Contract No. 1 – Site Work and Concrete Foundation and Pad for Picnic Pavilion Rip Van Winkle Lake Park Greene County, NY May 2, 2025 TO ALL HOLDERS OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS This Addendum, issued to bid document holders of record, indicates clarifications to the bid documents for the Rip Van Winkle Lake Park project. All clarifications described herein shall be incorporate into the Contractor’s bid proposal. This Addendum is part of the Contract Documents. Adjustments required by each item shall be understood to apply to all document references affected by the clarifications described. 1. Addition of a Bioretention/Bio infiltration Basin: Bidders are instructed to add the work and cost of work to construct a bioretention/bio infiltration basin lake side of the proposed picnic pavilion pad as per attached Drawing C-1.11. Cost of the bioretention/bio infiltration basin is to be included in the Base Bid for Contract No. 1 – Site Work and Concrete Foundation and Pad for Picnic Pavilion. Bidders are also requested, in addition, to list at the end of the Bid Form the actual cost of the bioretention/bio infiltration basin in addition to including the cost in the Base Bid. This is for owners’ information only and for reimbursement of stormwater costs from the Catskill Watershed Corporation.
