Town of Surfside ITB 2026-02 Champlain Towers South Memorial Project Addendum No. 3 Date Issued: February 25, 2026 To All Bidders, This Addendum modifies and becomes a part of Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-02. All bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum. The bid validity period is hereby revised. Bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening. The Bid Guaranty / Bid Bond submitted with the Bid shall secure the Bidder’s obligation to honor its Bid for the required ninety (90) day period and to execute the Contract and furnish the required Payment and Performance Bonds if awarded.
