EXTENSION PROJECTS ADDENDUM NO. 3 and Attachment A Dear Proponents, This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 3. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Geotechnical Evaluation Report Question No. 1: Are bids still due August 28th by 2 p.m. Answer No. 2: Yes, the bid due date has not changed. Question 2: What PG oil does Santa Fe County require for the 423283 HMA SP IV for Avenida del Sur? Is PG 64-28 acceptable? Answer 2: Yes, 64-28 is acceptable. Question 3: Can the contractor use PG 64-28 in place of the stated 76-28 for the 416104 Minor Paving Type 1, HMA SP-IV for the College Dr. extension project? Answer 3: Yes, 64-28 can be used in place of 76-28. Question 4: Is there any information (gradation, R value PI) on the existing material onsite? Answer 4: For Project B, geotechnical soils information has not been made available. Any use of native soils from unclassified excavation for embankment construction, may need to be blended with imported soils in order to meet NMDOT specifications.
