Town of Surfside RFQ 2023-06 RFQ 2023-06 Continuing Professional Architectural, Engineering Landscape Architectural, Surveying and Mapping Services Addendum No. 2 Date Issued: October 17, 2023 To All Proposers: Proposers for the above-referenced RFQ shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFQ No. 2023-06, which in accordance with the RFQ Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFQ. Regarding the above-referenced RFQ, Addendum #1 was recently posted and stated how the Table of Contents should be organized (Title Page, Table of Contents, Transmittal Letter, Qualifications of the Firm, Firm and Key Personnel’s Experience, Approach to Handling of Potential Projects, References, Proof of Insurance, Litigation). In which section should we include the forms from Section J of the RFQ Submission Requirements? Or can we add an additional section after Litigation in the Table of Contents? Response: Please add all other required forms (as outlined in Section J) after the Litigation response provided by the firm. Yes, you can add that as a Forms section to your Table of Contents after Litigation.
