Town of Surfside RFQ 2022-02 CDBG-MIT TOWNWIDE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AND FLOOD HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN Addendum No. 2 Date Issued: January 14, 2022 To All Proposers: Proposers for the above-referenced RFQ shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFQ No. 2022-02, which in accordance with the RFQ Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFQ. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE RFP: 1. There was a request for a copy of the Town’s Stormwater Master Plan and the Abbott Avenue Drainage Improvements (between 90th and 96th Street). Please visit the Town of Surfside’s website at https://townofsurfsidefl.gov/departmentsservices/public-works/documents-and-forms to obtain documents. 2. Who currently holds the Civil Engineering contract with the Town. Civil Engineering Contract is split as follows: • • • NOVA Engineering Keith Engineering Kimley Horn Drainage study performed in 2020 was Abbott Avenue site specific performed by Keith Engineering and it can be found on Town website (link above).
