It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the Notice of Funding Availability as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Question No. 1: I would like to clarify 12.A and 12.B in the example contract regarding intellectual property in the development of training material. Because my business primarily develops training content, I need to retain ownership of the content's intellectual property, though I can provide reproducible, client-specific versions for the county to retain. Would that be an acceptable arrangement. Answer No. 1: 12.A and 12.B would have to remain as written so the County will own the completed product, which is the Santa Fe County specific training materials. Please add this Addendum No. 2 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
