ADDENDUM No. 2 VILLAGE OF TANNERSVILLE Gooseberry Creek Revitalization Strategy Implementation Phase III – DEC No. 00150192 Contract No. 1 – Site Work and Concrete Foundation and Pad for Picnic Pavilion Rip Van Winkle Lake Park Greene County, NY April 22, 2025 TO ALL HOLDERS OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS This Addendum, issued to bid document holders of record, indicates clarifications to the bid documents for the Rip Van Winkle Lake Park project. All clarifications described herein shall be incorporate into the Contractor’s bid proposal. This Addendum is part of the Contract Documents. Adjustments required by each item shall be understood to apply to all document references affected by the clarifications described. 1. Construction Completion Date Extension: The project completion date in the project manual calls for all work on Contract No. 1 to be completed by June 15, 2025. Due to the re-bidding of this contract, the completion date for Contract No. 1 is being extended to four (4) weeks following issuance of a “Notice to Proceed” to the successful bidder. 2. Limits/Dimensions of Pavilion Slab-on-grade: Drawing No 4, “Section Detail,” of the pavilion illustrates the extent of the slab-on-grade as fully extending over the suno tube foundations. This detail is further illustrated on Drawing No. 5, “Details,” for the pavilion as shown on the “Foundation Details” elevation view. As such, the slab-on-grade extent is dependent on actual as-built field conditions and is intended to fully cover (encase) the top of the suno tube foundations. All four corners of the slab-on-grade to be 90ᵒ and not rounded on the corners. 3. The fabrication and installation of the pavilion structure is included in Contract No. 2 – “Fabrication and Installation of a 12’ x 20’ Picnic Pavilion” and will be built by the successful bidder of Contract No. 2. Note that a bidder may submit a bid price for any one or all three of the Contracts that are currently out to bid and due on May 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
