Careful note of the Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper allowances may be made in strict accordance with the Addendum, and that all trades shall be fully advised in the performance of the work which will be required of them. Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. In case of conflict between Drawings, Project Manual, and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern. BID FORM(S) REPLACED: No RESPONSE TO BID RFI: YES 1. Q: I am writing to confirm the status of the permit requirements for El Monte High School. Based on our understanding, no permit is needed for this project. A. No permits required. 2. Q: I would also like to clarify the responsibility for disposing of the old chargers. Is the contractor responsible for their proper disposal? If so, what documentation is required? A. Contractor responsible for disposing. No documents required. 3. Q: And please let me know what additional documents are required with the bid form. A. See “Checklist of Mandatory Bid Forms” on page 13 of the bid documents. 4. Q: Can you please confirm which documents we have to submit, like in bid doc you have provided contains multiple documents.
