It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Revised Plans Attachment B: Revised bid sheet Question No. 1: Sheet 2-7 shows turnout 1 at station 100+49.50 LT with a culvert. It appears to be a 24” culvert some 30’ 5” long, with two flared ends. This same culvert appears on Sheet 3-1. Yet this culvert does not appear in the bid list. Is this culvert part of the project, or is it pre-existent to the project and needs to be protected in place? Answer No. 1: This refers to SS-2 which is a driveway culvert – but it’s not a 24” pipe, it’s a 24”x18” CMPA. This is correctly shown in the SOQ (sheet 1-4) and 10-2. Question No. 2: Addendum No. 1 on the Bid Tab page, added two items 570XXX for 64” x 43” CMPA and CMPA End Sections to the bid. Could you clarify where the County intents to place this pipe? I have not seen any reference to this pipe on the plans. Answer No. 2: The 42” pipe and end sections were part of the detour construction. Those items have been deleted from the Bid Tab and replaced with 4-64” S X 43”R X 60’ CMPA w end sections in order to meet the 2 year storm design requirements for detours. The CMPA’s are shown on Sheet 34 and Sheet 10-3 of the revised plan set in Attachment A. 102 Grant Avenue · P.O. Answer No. 3: The Removals table has been added to Sheet 2-5 of the revised plan set. Please add this Addendum No. 2 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such.
