It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Bid opening date has been extended to Friday, October 25th Attachment A: Pre-Bid Agenda Attachment B: Sign-In Sheet Question No. 1: Would Santa Fe Public Works consider specifying the Rieberlok internally restrained gasket for this project? This gasket is used to internally restrain C-900 PVC pipe eliminating the need for external restraints, which we believe would be a valuable addition to the project. Answer No. 1: This material substitution is not considered at this time as it is not in line with basis of bid. Rieberlok IR gaskets will be considered when the contract is awarded, if economically feasible to the project and meets design criteria.
