The Bidders shall be responsible for transmitting this information to all affected Subcontractors and Suppliers, prior to the closing of Bids. Prospective Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of all Addenda in the space provided on the Bid Proposal Form by the number (list every addenda). Failure to do so shall deem the Bid Proposal as non-responsive and subject the Bidder to disqualification. Item No. AD 2-1 Change of Contractors’ License Classification Requirement (revision in red) Contractors’ License Classification. Bidders must possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Bid Proposal is submitted and at time the Contract for the Work is awarded: B - General Building or C-10 Electrical. The Bid Proposal of a Bidder who does not possess a valid and in good standing Contractors’ License in the classification(s) set forth above will be rejected for non-responsiveness. Any Bidder not duly and properly licensed is subject to all penalties imposed by law. No payment shall be made for the Work unless and until the Registrar of Contractors verifies to the District that the Bidder awarded the Contract is properly and duly licensed for the Work. Item No. AD 2-2 Responses to Questions The following provides a response to the Bidder’s Request for Pre-Bid Information submitted on the PreBid Clarification Form. See attached for a total of (32) RFI Response(s).
