CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, BID FORM, Page 00400-2, §1.5C.1 - Verification of Addenda Issuance: It is the responsibility of the Bidder to verify that they have received all addenda in respect to the project bid. It is recommended that the Bidder contact Calhoun’s project engineer (who is handling this bid) no later than 48 hours before the bid time to confirm the total number of addenda issued. Kurt T. McCord has been assigned the project engineer role and can be reached at (706) 602-6082 (office). All Bidders are responsible for indicating acknowledgement of each addendum issued with addendum number and date, where noted in the bid form. Failure to acknowledge all addenda in the bid form could constitute an incomplete and non-conforming bid which may or may not be read aloud. 2. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, INVITATION TO BID, Page 00100-1 – Bid Date: Calhoun Utilities has decided to postpone the bid opening to Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Interested parties must obtain updated bid documents directly from the City of Calhoun and must be registered with Andrea Everett (AEverett@calhounga.gov) as a current planholder. Returning bidders will not have to pay for updated bid documents, but they must ask to be included on the new planholders list. END ADDENDUM NO. 2
