It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. ______________________________________________________________________________ Below is the County’s response to questions received 1. Does the employer contribute any premium toward the employee's vision premium? If so, could you please clarify the structure of that contribution? Response: Yes, varies by salary, 70%-80% 2. The RFP notes that we are to match the current vision plan benefits and references an attachment of the current vision certificate and summary of benefits. However, we were unable to locate this information in the materials received. Could you kindly confirm and provide the current vision benefits? Response: The current vision benefits are located on the County Website at www.santafecountynm.gov/services/currentsolicitations/RFP2026-0034-HR 3. We understand the RFP states that rate history will not be provided. We would like to confirm whether this is still the case and, if so, whether there is a specific reason for this approach.
