Addendum No. 1 to ITB - Harding Avenue Traffic Signal Modifications

SECTION 00900 Addendum No. 1 (January 17, 2018) to Bid Documents Town of Surfside Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2018-01 Traffic Signal Modifications, Harding Avenue CGA Project No. 15-8083.2 To All Bidders: Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to ITB No. 2018-01, which in accordance with the ITB and Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise. ITB/SCOPE OF WORK: The signalized intersection at Harding Avenue and 95 Street is to be added to the ITB. While there are no construction drawings or bid items available at this time for this intersection, construction drawings will be provided after approval by Miami-Dade County and the Florida Department of Transportation. Contractor should expect similar type of signal work as shown on the advertised Harding Avenue Bidding set of drawings. Each bidder shall provide and include bids and unit pricing for the additional intersection. RESPONSE TO CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS: 1. Question: What is the estimated construction cost? Response: The opinion of probable costs is estimated at $100,000.00 (not including the additional intersection work for Harding Avenue and 95 Street). All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 1 on Page 00300-5 in Section 00300 and submit with their bids. END OF SECTION 05/14 00020-2 15-8083.2
