ONE (1) PAGE 1 OF 1 THIS ADDENDUM, TOGETHER WITH THE ORIGINAL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS, SHALL FORM THE COMPLETE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS. THIS ADDENDUM SETS FORTH ONLY THE CHANGES AND ADDITIONS, WHICH ARE TO BE MADE IN THE ORIGINAL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS. THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY MODIFIED IN THIS ADDENDUM. RFQ release – December 11, 2025 2024 2. Final RFI / Questions Due – December 19, 2025 2024 QUESTION: Will any preference be given to firms that can provide more than one of the disciplines? Or will each discipline be reviewed as a stand-alone submission? ANSWER: No, each discipline will be reviewed as a stand-alone submission. QUESTION: Will the roof projects be on a similar timeline as the MEP projects? We anticipate some overlapping coordination between Roofing and MEP (rooftop mechanical equipment placement for example ANSWER: The construction will be on a similar schedule BUT we don’t anticipate these projects to have much, if any, overlap as the MEP scope of work will be boilers replacement and HVAC controls on the interior of the building. QUESTION: For the requested “standard fee schedule for services normally supplied by your firm” – can you please clarify what should be provided? Does an hourly rate table suffice? Or are you looking for a fee estimate for the services we are submitting on? ANSWER: Standard Hourly Rates table for typical personnel in your firm is sufficient. Delete criteria note #7 for the request for Standard fee schedule for services normally supplied by your firm. QUESTION: I wanted to verify that the firm being new would not be a disqualifier. ANSWER: Not a disqualifier, BUT the selection committee will review through the lens of the qualification criteria in the RFQ. QUESTION: While we will only be submitting for the MEP Engineering services, I would like to include subconsultants including Architectural and Structural as part of the submission to show the entire team it would take to complete these projects. While not required per the RFQ, I wanted to make sure these was no objection to this ANSWER: No objections if within the RFQ requirements of page counts etc., but not required.
