Town of Surfside REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION 2020-05 General Planning Service Addendum No. 1 Date Issued: June 26, 2020 To All Proposers: Proposers for the above-referenced RFQ shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFQ No. 2020-05, which in accordance with the RFQ Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFQ. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE RFQ: 1. Correcting requirement related to attendance to the Pre-Proposal Submission Conference. Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 health pandemic and declared State of Emergency, the RFQ 2020-05 Pre-Proposal Submission Conference will be held virtually through Zoom and attendance is encouraged and not mandatory. A Pre-Proposal Submission Conference is scheduled for July 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Town Commission Chambers, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Florida. All Proposers planning to submit qualifications are required encouraged to attend this meeting. Qualifications from those who have failed to attend will not be accepted. 3. Will the Town accept electronic submission?
