Shaffer Commissioner, District 3 County Manager August 15, 2025 SANTA FE COUNTY RFP No. 2025-0370-CMO Acquisition and Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning System ADDENDUM NO. 1 Dear Proponents, This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. In response to the significant number of inquiries from interested Offerors, we are extending the deadline for our official responses to all submitted questions. The volume of questions received necessitates a one-week extension to ensure each query is addressed with the detail and accuracy it deserves. The new date for the County's response is Friday, August 22, 2025. This is an extension from the original date of Friday, August 15, 2025. Please be aware that the final deadline to submit questions has already passed, as of Friday, August 8, 2025. The County will not be accepting any additional questions regarding the aforementioned RFP at this time. Due to the high volume of questions submitted, we are extending the deadline for proposal submissions. This extension provides all offerors with ample time to incorporate the detailed answers from our Q&A period into their final proposals. The new and final deadline is Monday, September 22, 2025. This date is a two-week extension from the original deadline of Monday, September 8. Please add this Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to the proposal documents, as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if originally issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
