Invitation to Submit Proposals Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Construction Services 2024 Addendum #1 June 21, 2024 To All Potential Respondents: Pursuant to Section 00130, paragraph 7, following are responses to inquiries received which may directly affect an interpretation or change to this solicitation: 1. Question: The sections titled "best value proposal evaluation - work plan" and "best value proposal evaluation - contractor capabilities". Are those self evaluation to be able to calculate the coefficient for the proposal? Answer: The evaluation sheets (Section 00410, pages 4 and 5) will be used by the Evaluation Committee for evaluating and scoring proposals. They are provided as a guide for respondents in preparing their proposals. Section 00200 Instructions to Proposers, paragraph 1, provides additional information. If a proposal has not yet be submitted, respondents must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum #1 on the Proposal Form (Section 00410, paragraph [8]) or your proposal will not be considered. If a proposal has already been submitted, respondents must sign and return this Addendum #1 prior to the opening date of proposals or your proposal will not be considered.
