Town of Surfside ITB 2026-01 Dune Restoration Project Addendum No. 1 Date Issued: February 5, 2026 To All Bidders, This Addendum modifies and becomes a part of Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-01. All respondents must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum. In response to the questions received below are the responses provided: 1. Question: Post Bid are we getting CAD drawings for the survey done by the Town of Surfside. Response: We will provide CAD drawings the selected contractor. 2. Question: Do you have quantities for the excavation where we have to place the Surfside Mix Sand for DA000853 Permit Area, during the site visit we discovered that there is a plastic grid underneath sometimes at 1” (inch), sometimes at 3” (inches) and some places at 6” (inches) was not shown. Response: The Village has not prepared excavation quantity calculations for placement of Surfside Mix Sand within the DA000853 permitted area. Existing subsurface conditions, including the presence and depth of the plastic grid system vary across the site. Bidders shall account for this variability in their pricing and means and methods. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of ITB No. 2026-01 remain unchanged. If you submitted a question before the deadline and do not see it addressed here, please notify the Town Clerk within 48 hours of this addendum being issued to ensure it is included. At this time, we believe this addendum reflects all questions received before the deadline.
