Careful note of the Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper allowances may be made in strict accordance with the Addendum, and that all trades shall be fully advised in the performance of the work which will be required of them. Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the space provided on this Addendum. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. In case of conflict between Drawings, Project Manual, and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern. CLARIFICATIONS: Question: Could you please confirm that El Monte Union High School District will provide a Demographics and State Funding Consultant for the Facilities Master Plan Update, and that the architect doesn’t need to add these consultants to our proposed team? Response: The District will hire Demographics and State Funding Consultants separate from this contract. The Architects do not need to add these consultants in the proposal.
