It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Pre-proposal Agenda and Sign-In Sheet Attachment B: Volume of Work Previously Done Section IV –B (page 27) in the RFP is deleted and replaced with the following: B. NUMBER OF COPIES Offerors shall deliver one (1) original and five (5) identical copies of their proposal to the location specified in Section II, Paragraph E on or before the closing date and time for receipt of proposals. If submitting responses electronically via Dropbox, please submit one (1) file for the proposal response. Question No.1: How is this project being funded and how much is available? Appendix D is the Sample Agreement. We do not find Project Listing Form in the RFP. Please advise. Response: Appendix D “Volume of Work Previously Done” is provided by this Addendum No. 1. See Attachment B: Please add this Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
