It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. The Bid Submittal Due Date And Bid Opening Date Are Hereby Extended To June 2, 2026, At 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time. Attachment A: Pre-Bid Agenda & Sign-in Sheet Attachment B: Revised Bid Form Attachment C: Geotechnical Report Attachment D: Cultural Resources Report Question No. 1: Where is the source of construction water for the project? Will there be a cost associated? Answer No. 1: Construction water will be available at the bulk water station at the public safety complex at Highway 14. There will be a cost associated with the water – Contractor shall establish an account and can contact County for more information. Question No. 2: Can you identify a laydown/staging area for the project? Answer No. 2: The area directly west of Vital’s construction yard (Behind the Nancy Rodriguez Community Center). Answer No. 6: Cultural Resources Survey for Phase 3 is included as Attachment D to this Addendum. Question No. 7: On Spec section 01 11 00 Summary of Work section 3.02 Liquidated Damages, it calls out for Max 180 calendar days duration from notice of proceed for entire project but on IFB on bid instructions # 4.
