Shaffer Commissioner, District 3 County Manager June 24, 2025 SANTA FE COUNTY IFB NO. 2025-0287-PW/DK On-Call Construction and Maintenance Services for Roadways, Trails, and Parking Lots – Multi-Award ADDENDUM NO. 1 Dear Proponents, This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Notification will be issued to the awarded vendors once a procurement determination has been made following the bid opening. At that time, awarded vendors will be required to submit their Bid Sheets using Attachment B in Excel format. Attachment A is to be used when submitting an initial bid and not Attachment B. Attachment A: Revised Bid Sheets in PDF format Attachment B: Bid Sheets in Excel format Question No. 1: Item #1 Clearing and Grubbing has a 1 L.S. unit, is that based per acre? Answer No. 1: NMDOT specs do refer to LS quantity per job. However, for purposes of this on-call contract, I would reference units as, per acre (ACRE) or 100 ft roadway station (STA). Question No. 2: Item 7,8,9 Subgrade Prep is in SY/IN. Can this be in SY only as SY/IN can have variable prices depending on the depth. Answer No. 2: SY is the typical pay item unit for subgrade prep. The NMDOT specification book clearly defines the depth for subgrade prep, so the IN is not needed. 102 Grant Avenue · P.O. Answer No. 3: This item should be SY without the IN identified. This item should be 1501 SY and above. Please add this Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
