It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Notification will be issued to the awarded vendors once a procurement determination has been made following the bid opening. At that time, awarded vendors will be required to submit their Bid Sheets using Attachment A in Excel format. Attachment A is not to be used when submitting an initial bid. Attachment A: Bid Sheets in Excel format Question No. 1: do you have an oil preference on the SPIII and the SPIV? Answer No. 1: There are no specific oil preferences for SPIII and SPIV. Please add this Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
