ADDENDUM NO. 1 OVERVIEW Date: July 17, 2024 2024 Celebration Park Boater Improvements Project To: All Bidders PROPOSALS DUE DATE: As stated in the Calendar of Events, Bids must be delivered to the Clerk, Board of County Commissioners’ Office, Canyon County Courthouse, 1115 Albany Street, Caldwell, Idaho 83605, no later than 9:00 a.m., July 25, 2024. 1. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: A. This Addendum shall be considered part of the original Canyon County, Idaho’s Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for the 2024 Celebration Park Boater Improvements Project issued by the Board of County Commissioners on June 18, 2024. B. Bidders are hereby notified that they shall make necessary adjustments in their Bids based upon this Addendum. C. The following information, as well as the IFB will be available on the County website at www.canyoncounty.id.gov. 2. Exhibit 2 of the IFB, Contractor’s Bid Form has been amended to allow compliance with the requirements of Section IV.M. System Completion. Questions: 1. Written questions were submitted by: Jeff Kinney of Know-How Construction Services Q.1. Can the owners or the owner’s representative please give a quantity for the 36” minus boulders for the jetty reinforcement? A.1. Rip rap and concrete slab will have an impact length of 50 feet. Jetty Repair – Reinforce existing jetty up to highwater mark with 36” minus boulders weave layer of MIRAF 1160N Geotextile fabric within jetty to reinforce structure. Improvements to be approximately 50’ X 10’ X 42’ high. Volume of boulders placed below OHWM: 60 CY. GEOTEXTILE QUANTITY: 540 SF. Attachments included in Addendum No. 1: 1.
