Addendum No. 1 for Temp Labor Bid

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 TEMPORARY LABOR BID This Addendum is issued to prospective bidders for specifications already published. The bidder is required to acknowledge receipt of these changes to the specifications. 1. The insurance requirements are hereby amended to the following: General Liability – minimum $1,000,000.00 each occurrence & aggregate (Bodily injury and property damage combined) Workers’ Compensation – Statutory Commercial Blanket Bond (Fidelity Insurance) $10,000.00 2. The bid opening date is amended from January 18, 2024 at 10:00 am to February 1, 2024 at 10:00 am. This addendum shall be incorporated into the Contract documents and made a part thereof. The provision of all articles and specifications not specifically amended shall be as stated in the original specifications. THIS ADDENDUM #1 MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITH ALL BIDS.
