ADDENDUM NO. 1 Issue Date: May 26, 2026 Request for Qualifications RFQ 26-1017 To: All Potential Respondents The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is modified as set forth in this Addendum No. 1. The original RFQ documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the RFQ. Respondents shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its proposal response. Catawba County is issuing this Addendum to make RFQ clarifications. Clarifications: 1. 2. QUESTION: Who is the incumbent? ANSWER: SCS Engineers, P.C. QUESTION: Does this work include O&M of the active gas system at Bethany Church Road Landfill? ANSWER: No, Bethany Church Road Landfill has a Small Source Air Quality permit that needs to be renewed every 5 years. It was last renewed in 2023. 3. QUESTION: Does the page limit specified in the “Contents of Qualifications Statement” section apply to all submitted materials, including attachments (e.g., resumes, supporting documentation), or may attachments be included as an appendix that is excluded from the page count? ANSWER : Yes, the page limit includes everything within the proposal, including attachments such as resumes and supporting documentation. This Addendum consists of 1 page in total. END OF ADDENDUM 1
